Graduation

Applications for graduation are approved by the Studies Committee every month. Approval always takes place on the last workday of each month.

Graduation applications must reach the Office of Student Affairs no later than two weeks before the deadline. The graduation documents state the date of approval. Information on how to apply for graduation can be found here.

Important: If you want to graduate in the fall semester, you must submit your application between 16 October and 15 March. If you wish to graduate in the spring semester, you must submit your application between 16 March and 15 October. If you cannot comply with either of these requirements, you must enrol for the following semester. Otherwise, we cannot technically carry out the graduations. These are university deadlines and we, the Faculty of Science, are not able to allow exceptions.
