Did you know that many antibiotics that we use to treat infections weren't designed by scientists in the lab, but by bacteria and moulds that live in the soil?
Join us to know more about these tiny living factories and how they make thousands upon thousands of different chemical molecules. You'll be able to look at soil samples under the microscope, see how different bacteria and moulds grow in Petri dishes, and even observe antibiotics in action.
Also, we will talk about the reasons why it's important to take antibiotics only when absolutely necessary.
