Astragalus alpinus, observed in Canadian Arctic botanical surveys
This is one of the many beautiful plants we observed in our botanical surveys, conducted in the summer 2023 field-season in the Canadian Arctic near Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. Astragalus alpinus is commonly known as the alpine milkvetch and is often found in moist areas in this region of the tundra.by Debora Obrist
